摘　　要：白源煤矿受浙赣新旧铁路干线压煤,以及矿井开采地质条件日益复杂,造成矿井资源濒临枯竭。针对矿产资源开发中存在的问题,提出解决对策,确保矿井持续稳定发展。In view of pressed coal by the old and new Zhejiang--Jiangxi railway lines in Baiyuan Colliery and mine resources exhaustion by increasingly complex geological conditions, the paper puts forward countermeasures of the existing problems in developing mineral resources, which ensures the sustainable and stable development of mine.
