摘　　要：为了适应"一切以病人为中心"的护理模式,提高护理质量,充分调动护理人员的内在潜力和工作积极性,结合护理管理中的实际情况,阐述了以下各种激励艺术在护理管理中的应用,从而达到提高护理质量的管理目标。In order to meet the care model of ＂The patient--centered＂, to improve the quality of care and to fully mobilize the nurses＂ inherent potential and enthusiasm for work, the paper describes the application of the incentive arts in nursing management in accordance with the actual situation of nursing management, which will help to achieve the management objectives of improving care quality.
