摘　　要：空勤疗养技术水平如何,直接关系到空勤人员的疗养质量及部队战斗力的巩固和提高。该文从立足空勤疗养职能要求,加强基础技术建设;立足空勤疗养人员需求,加强学科技术建设;立足空勤疗养发展需要,加强设备、人才和学术科研建设三个方面对加强航医中心空勤疗养技术建设进行了探讨。The technical level of air force logistics convalescence is directly related to the convalescent quality and consolidation and enhancement of the army＇s combat effectiveness. This paper discusse the improvenent of construction of the aircrew convalescent technology in aeromedicine center fi：om three aspects, such as strengthening technology infi＇astructure based on the functional requirement, strengthening construction of technology disciplines based on aircrew demand and strengthening construction of equipment, talent and academic research based on development requirement.
