摘  要:运用多块混合网格,结合RNG k-ε湍流模型对非正常工作状态下的螺旋桨水动力性能进行了计算研究。模拟了某型螺旋桨在锁死情况下,螺旋桨表面受力随进速的改变而相应的变化规律;同时,把滑移网格技术和动网格技术运用于模拟自由旋转螺旋桨的水动力性能计算中,获取不同进速下螺旋桨的临界转速和表面受力情况。在文中把采用CFD方法计算的结果与采用经验公式计算的结果进行了对比分析。从对比结果可知,采用CFD方法可近似地获得非正常工作状态下的螺旋桨水动力性能参数,而且可以较真实地模拟流场特性,获取流场信息,相对于经验公式的计算方法存在自己的优势。The multi-block hybrid meshes combined with RNG k-ε turbulent model was used to calculate the hydrodynamic performance of propeller which worked in abnormal condition in the viscous flow. The pressure distribution of propeller was calculated in latching condition at different advance velocity.At the same time, the critical rotating speed and pressure distribution of propeller which worked in free rotation was computed by method of sliding grid and dynamics grid. The results calculated by CFD and empirical equation were compared in this paper. Based on the comparisons, it shows that CFD method can be used to compute the hydrodynamic performance of propeller which worked in abnormal condition and has its own predominance in simulating the character of full flow filed truly.
