泽泻提取物对两种高脂血症大鼠模型的降脂作用的比较

摘　　要：目的比较泽泻提取物对不同高脂血症大鼠模型的降脂作用。方法以血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯的浓度为指标,通过两种方法建立高脂血症动物模型,分别研究泽泻提取物对脂肪乳剂灌胃(方法一)法和高脂饲料喂养(方法二)法建立的高脂血症大鼠的作用。结果泽泻提取物能抑制方法一引起的血清总胆固醇显著升高以及方法二引起的血清甘油三酯显著升高。结论本研究对于建立适宜的高血脂模型,寻找毒副作用小、疗效佳、适宜长期服用的调节血脂药物具有一定的参考意义。Objective To compare lipid-decreasing ofAlisma orientalis for different types of Hyperlipidemia in rats. Methods To establish a practical animal model of hyperlipidemia, the content of total cholesterol （TC） and triglyceride （TG） in serum were determined. The effect of extract of Alisma orientalis on hyperlipidemia models by gastric perfusion with fat emulsion （method No. 1） and feeding with high fatty diet （method No.2） were explored respectively. Results The result showed that extract ofAlisma orientalis can inhibit the elevation of serum TC by method No. 1 and restrain the raise of serum TG by method No. 2 significantly. Conclusion There is the reference significance to esfablish suitable model of Hyperlipidemia.
