摘　　要：目的优选芪黄片中黄芪的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以黄芪甲苷含量为指标,优选芪黄片的水提工艺。结果芪黄片的最佳提取工艺为水煎3次,第1次加水8倍量,煎煮2.5h;第2次加水6倍量,煎煮1.5h;第3次加水4倍量,煎煮1h。结论该工艺合理可靠。Objective To study the optimum extraction process of Radix Astragali in Qihuang tablets. Methods Astragaloside IV as index, using orthogonal design to study extraction technology condition of Qihuang tablets. Results The optimum process condition was as follows, water extraction for 3 times,with 8 fold water extracting 2.5 hours for the first time, 6 fold water extracting 1.5 hours for the second time and 4 fold water extracting 1 hour for the third time. Conclusion The preparation method is reasonable and stable.
