摘 要:目的分析并比较了不同产地制马钱子中有效成分的含量。方法HPLC分析法。色谱条件:色谱柱Alltima C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水-冰醋酸-三乙胺;流速1.0mL/min;检测波长254nm;柱温30℃。结果士的宁进样量在0.68-4.08μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.76%,RSD为0.86%(n=6);马钱子碱进样量在0.56~3.36μg内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.84%,RSD为0.91%(n=6)。结论不同产地制马钱子的士的宁和马钱子碱的含量差异明显,其中以越南、广西含量最高,湖北、海南含量最低。Objective To analyze and compare the component content of Semen Strychni from different districts. Methods The column was Alltima C18(4.6 mm×l50mm, 5μm); the mobile phase was acetonitrileacetic acid-triethylamine. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1, the detection wave length was at 254 nm, the column temperature was 30℃. Results The linear range of strychnine was 0.68μg -4.08 μg, the average recovery was 99.76% with RSD of 0.86% (n=6). The linear range of brucine was 0.56μg -3.36μg, the average recovery was 99.84% with RSD of 0.91%(n=6). Conclusion It was obvious difference that the contents of Strychnine and brucine in processing Semen Strychni from different districts.
