摘　　要：目的测定水牛角提取液中谷氨酸的含量。方法采用氨基酸分析仪测定水牛角提取液中的谷氨酸含量。结果水牛角提取液中谷氨酸的含量为0.225%。结论本法稳定、可行,为评价水牛角药材质量提供依据。Objective To determine glutamic acid in extract ofBubalus bubalis Linnaeu. Methods Amino acid analyzer was used determine content of amino acids in extract of Bubalus bubalis Linnaeu. Results The content of glutamic acid in extract of Bubalus bubalis Linnaeu is 0.225%. Conclusion It is a stable and possible for evaluate the quality of Bubalus bubalis Linnaeu.
