摘 要:采用凝胶注膜法制备出超细ZrO2坯体,研究了PEG溶液类型、PEG溶液浓度和固相量对坯体干燥和烧结成型的影响。结果表明,PEG水基溶液对坯体有保护作用。随着PEG溶液浓度的增大,坯体干燥速度增加,而固相量的增加使干燥速度减小。坯体烧结后的密度和线性收缩率受固相量变化的影响,随固相量增大而略有下降。Ultrafine ZrO2 body was prepared by gelation. The effects of PEG solution type, PEG solution concentration and solid loading on desiccation and sintering of ZrO2 body were studied in this work. It was proved that PEG aqueous solution could prevent the bodies from cracking and deformation. The dehydration was speeded up with the increase of PEG solution concentration, but decreased with high solid loading. The density and line shrinkage rate of sintered ZrO2 body were affected by solid loading, and decreased slightly with its increasing.
