摘　　要：在介绍经皮吸收制剂技术优势的基础上,文章综述了7种典型的促进药物经皮吸收的物理方法,包括离子导入法、电穿孔法、激光技术、热穿孔法、超声波导入法、微针穿刺和电极扫描系统,详细介绍了各物理方法的作用特点及现有研究成果。Based on introducing the technology advantages of transdermal drug delivery,seven physical methods used to improve the permeability of skin for drugs are summarized,such as iontophoresis,electrophoresis,laser technology,thermal phoresis,phonophoresis,microneedles and ESS, the characteristic and research production existing of each method are introduced in detail.
