摘　　要：文章在阐述泉州市县域投资环境竞争力研究意义的基础上,建立了泉州市县域投资环境竞争力评价指标体系;运用主成分分析法,通过SPSS统计分析软件计算出泉州市县域投资环境竞争力得分值,对计算结果进行了综合评价与分析,并据此提出了提升泉州市县域投资环境竞争力的对策与建议。On the base of elaborating the research significance about competitive ability of county territory＇s investment environment in Quanzhou, we establish an appraisal index system. Then, by using the principal components analytic method, we calculate the scores through SPSS statistical analysis. In conclusion, we carry on synthetically appraisal and analysis about the computed results, and then propose some countermeasures enhance the competitive ability of county territory＇s investment environment in Quanzhou.
