摘  要:采用过量浸渍法和吸附法把磷钨酸(PW12)负载在TiO2、改性Y分子筛(GY)、AC载体上,并用负载后的催化剂对柴油(含硫量540 mg.L-1)进行催化氧化脱硫,结果表明,3种催化活性强弱顺序为:GY>TiO2>AC,且当GY上负载PW12的质量分数为30%的PW12/GY催化脱硫效果最好。对催化剂进行了酸强度测定、比表面测定,对GY进行了XRD表征,研究了GY负载磷钨酸催化剂在氧化脱硫反应中的催化活性和稳定性,实验结果表明,负载PW12质量分数为30%的PW12/GY表现为超强酸性和近超强酸性比,表面积有462 m2.g-1。其在最适宜的反应条件下催化氧化柴油,脱硫率可达95.3%:20 mL柴油,0.08 g催化剂,过氧化氢与硫的摩尔比为7,反应温度343 K,反应时间70 min,V(NMP):V(oil)=1:1萃取3次。The three catalysts were prepared by supporting phosphotungstic acid on TiO2 , modified zeolite Y and activated carbon (AC) through the wetness impregnation method and the adsorption method. The catalysts were tested for of diesel with 540 ppm sulfur. The results show that GY has the best catalytic activity, and next is TiO2, AC. 30% PW12/GY shows best catalytic activity in oxidation desulfurization. Three catalysts characterized by acid strength and specific surface area and modified zeolite Y was characterized by XRD. The catalytic activity and stability of PW12/GY were studied in the oxidative desulfurization, the results show the 30% PW12/GY is near extra - Acidic,the surface area is 462 m^2·g^-1. The desulfurization rate is 95.3% on the most suitable reaction conditions of oxidative desulfurization :20 mL oil, 0.08 g catalyst, the molar ratio for hydrogen peroxide : sulfur = 7, reaction temperature 343 K,reaction time 70min,and V(NMP) IV(oil) = 1:1 with three extraction cycles.
