对做好科研管理工作的几点思考

摘　　要：做好科研管理工作需要具备超前思维理念和知识储备,以适应日新月异科技发展需要。首先要从思想观念上加强科研管理工作的"服务"意识,使目前的"领导指挥型"向"服务实干型"转变,使习惯性的对"物质资源管理,转向对人力资源和科研环境管理"。文章针对我国科研管理工作提出个人见解,公正、客观、科学地做好科研管理工作,为科研人员创造多出成果的科研环境。Good management on scientific research need have forward -thinking ideas and knowledge - reservea to meet the everchanging scientific and technological development needs. It should firstly strengthen the ＂ service＂ consciousness on research management, so that transforming the current ＂leadership and command＂ type into ＂ service and work＂ type, and turning the ＂ material resources management＂ to ＂human resources and research environmental management＂. The article put some suggestions for scientific research management to create more research conditions for the researchers.
