摘　　要：科研经费在综合评价科技发展实力方面起着愈来愈重要的作用。目前科研经费的使用和管理上监督弱化,重立项、轻管理的现象较为普遍。该文着重分析了科研经费管理现状和出现的问题,指出科研经费应从规范制度、强化监督等方面加强管理。The scientific research funds played an increasingly important role in comprehensive evaluation on technology development strength. At present the use and management of research fund was monitoring weakened, the phenomenon of stressing item and overlooking management was general. This paper mainly analyzed the status and problems in the research fund management, and pointed out that it should strengthen management on fund through regulating system and strengthening supervision.
