摘 要:借助粒子动态分析仪PDA系统,开展了HAN基液体推进剂模拟工质喷雾特性的试验研究,分别观测了单孔圆柱形射流和双孔对撞射流在大气中的雾化特性,研究了喷射压力、喷孔直径及喷射模式对雾化性能的影响,定量测试了喷雾场轴向、径向雾化液滴的索特平均直径D32和液滴速度v.结果表明,对撞射流与单股圆柱形射流相比,在喷雾场中下游空间里雾化液滴均匀度较高,液滴D32和速度v易达到稳定.The experiment of spray characteristics of simulated medium of HAN-based liquid propellant was carried out by use of Particle Dynamic Analyzer(PDA) systems. The spray characteristics of the cylindrical jet and impinging jet in the atmosphere were observed separately. In the experiment,influence of spray pressure,nozzle diameter and spray model on atomization was systematically analyzed,and the axial and radial distributions of droplets regarding Sauter mean diameter(D32)and droplets' velocity (v) were quantitatively measured. The results show that compared with the cylindrical jet, the atomized droplets of the impinging jet possess higher uniformity at the middle and lower spray field. D32 and v are easy to achieve stability.
