摘 要:为研究影响可燃药筒强度和燃烧性能的因素,以聚丙烯腈纤维和自制含能纤维部分替换制式可燃药筒配方中的纸纤维组分,以抽滤模压工艺制备了3个配方的可燃药筒,分析并讨论了对药筒力学性能和定容燃烧性能的影响.与制式可燃药筒相比,加入聚丙烯腈纤维能提高可燃药筒的压缩力,但定容点火时间和燃烧结束时间延长,火药力下降;加入含能纤维能提高药筒压缩力和抗拉强度,同时使定容点火时间和燃烧结束时间明显缩短,火药力增大,有利于提高可燃药筒的燃尽性.In order to study the factors that influence the mechanical and burning properties of Combustible Cartridge Case(CCC), three kinds of CCC were manufactured through pulp molding method by adding polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fibers and self-made energetic fibers as reinforcement component. Mechanical property and closed bomb combustion performance of cartridge were analyzed. Compared with the reference cartridge, the compressive strength of the case can be in- creased while adding the PAN fibers, but the ignition time and burning-off time are delayed, and the impetus is decreased. While adding the energetic fibers, the mechanical property of the case is greatly improved, and the ignition time and burning-off time are abviously shortened, and the impetus of the case is increased. The results show that adding energetic fibers is a way to improve the combustion completion of CCC.
