摘 要:为了准确测定弹箭的惯性主轴位置以保证弹箭的飞行稳定性和命中率,采用惯性主轴的双立面四点法,分析了测试过程中各截面质心的位置,根据力矩平衡得到弹箭惯性主轴的实际位置.设计了弹箭惯性主轴测试系统,通过标准圆柱体的组合方式以惯性主轴的理论计算值对系统进行标定,对测试得到的数据进行了误差分析.结果表明,该系统完全能满足弹箭惯性主轴的测试要求,在弹箭惯性主轴的测试方面,该方法是可行的.In order to measure the inertial principal axis of projectile precisely to ensure the flight stability and hit probability, the two-facade four-point method of inertial principal axis was ap- plied. The position of mass center of each cross-section was analyzed in the course of test. The actual position of inertial principal axis was obtained according to moment balance. The test system was designed. According to combined pattern of standard cylinder, the system was calibrated by theoretical calculated value. The error analysis of test data was carried out. The result shows that the system can satisfy the test requirement of inertial principal axis of projectile, and the method is feasible at the test aspect of inertial principal axis of projectile.
