摘 要:分别探讨了氢氧化铝(ATH)/氧化铁、氧化铜、稀土氧化物(ReO)用量对硅橡胶(MMQ)阻燃及力学性能的影响,结果表明:当5.0 g硅橡胶中加入6.0 g氢氧化铝与1.50 g氧化铁时,硅橡胶的阻燃性能较好,但力学性能一般;当硅橡胶中加入5.0 g氢氧化铝与1.25 g氧化铁时,再分别加入少量的氧化铜或稀土氧化物可有效改善硅橡胶的阻燃及力学性能,其最佳用量分别为0.25 g或0.075 g。The effects of flame-retardant,which was the blend of m(ATH)/m(Fe2O3),m(ATH)/m(Fe2O3)/m(CuO),m(ATH)/m(Fe2O3)/m(ReO),on the flame-retarded properties and mechanical properties of silicone rubber were studied,respectively.When adding 6.0 g ATH and 1.50 g Fe2O3,the flame-retarded properties of the silicone rubber is good,but its mechanical properties is ordinary.With adding 5.0 g ATH and 1.25 g Fe2O3,the study on the effects of amounts of CuO or ReO on the flame-retarded properties and mechanical properties of silicone rubber was carried out,respectively.The results revealed that the flame-retarded properties and mechanical properties of silicone rubber could be both effectively improved with little amounts of CuO or ReO,the optimum dosage was 0.25 g or 0.075 g.
