摘 要:以氧化锌、硫酸锰、硝酸铁为主要原料,采用化学共沉淀方法制备锰锌铁氧体前驱体粉末,并与以三氧化二铁、氧化锌和二氧化锰为主要原料的氧化物法前驱体粉末同时通过传统氧化物固相烧结工艺制备锰锌铁氧体。对样品的晶体结构、微结构和热性能进行表征及分析表明:烧结后的样品形成了很好的尖晶石型结构铁氧体。共沉淀法制备的样品在1 250℃下烧结4 h时晶粒最为细小均匀,且密度和居里温度达到最大,在1 280℃下烧结4 h时固相反应最完全。传统氧化物方法制备的样品在1 220℃时烧结4 h时固相反应最完全。共沉淀法和氧化物法制备的样品晶胞体积均比理论值有所膨胀,在1 250℃时,晶格常数和晶胞体积最小。Taking the zinc oxide,manganese sulfate and ferric nitrate as the main raw materials,using chemistry co-precipitation method to prepare Mn-Zn ferrites forerunner body powder,we can prepare Mn-Zn ferrites together with the precursor powder which takes the ferric oxide,zinc oxide and manganese dioxide as the main raw materials through traditional oxide solid-phase sintering.Through analyzing the structure of crystal structure,microstructure and thermal properties of the samples,the samples sintered are showed a good spinel ferrite.Sintering the samples which were prepared by co-precipitation at 1 250 ℃ for 4 hours,the crystal grain is tiniest,and the Curie temperature and density achieves in a big way.Sintering the samples which were prepared by co-precipitation at 1 280 ℃ for 4 hours,the solid-phase reaction is the most complete.Sintering the samples which were prepared by traditional method at 1 220 ℃,the reaction with Fe2O3 which generated Mn-Zn ferrites with spinel structure is the most complete.The samples' unit cell volumes by the co-precipitation and oxides methods have an inflation compared to the theory value.When 1 250 ℃,the crystal constant and the unit cell volume are smallest.
