首钢京唐钢铁厂铁路物流系统的研究与应用

摘　　要：首钢京唐钢铁厂一期工程建设规模1000万t／a，目前，一期一步工程已经建成投产，形成年产500万t钢的生产能力。本文详细阐述了首钢京唐钢铁厂铁路系统的总体规划，如何体现以物质流为核心的理念，“从接受原、燃料起直至产成品装运的全过程中将物料所有需要占有的空间作最合理、最透彻、最有效的组合，以期获得最好的经济效益和环境-生态效益”，合理的铁路布置可以获得长期的经济运行效果。并对我国现阶段新建钢铁厂和现有钢铁厂改造，提出了建设意见。Shougang jingtang Iron and Steel Company construction of a scale of 10 million t steel / a, at present, a step project has put into operation, annual production capacity of 5 million t of steel. This paper describes the Shougang jingtang Iron and Steel Company overall plan for the railway system, how to reflect a material flow as the core concept, ＂ from receiving raw material and fuel from the shipment of finished products until the whole process will be material to all require possession of the space for the most reasonable, most thorough, most effective combinations in order to obtain the best economic and environ- mental - ecological benefits＂, reasonable access to the railway arrangements long- term economic operating results. As well as at the present stage of China＇ s new steel plant and the existing steel plant transformation, the building of the views put forward.
