摘　　要：根据焦化厂生产工艺的特点,本文采用基于PC的自动化控制方法,设计了焦炉监控系统总体方案。通过组态控制系统的硬件电路与软件,运用SIMATIC S7 300 PLC以及STEP 7和WinCC组态软件,采用PROFIBUS现场总线技术通过调节现场执行机构实现对焦炉生产全面的自动控制。According to the characteristics of producing techniques of coking plant, the article adopted PC-based automonitoring measurements to design the general project of the monitoring system of the coke oven. The using of the hardware circuits and softwares in configuration vonytol system, the configuration software of SIMATIC S7 300 PLC,STEP 7 and WinCC of Siemens Company, the advanced sensor technology, the Field bus technology as well as Implementing agency all helped to implement the comprehensive auto-control of the production process of coking oven.
