摘 要:通过金丝楸嫩枝扦插试验,研究不同的育苗设施对其扦插成活率的影响。试验结果表明,大棚遮光扦插成活率最高,一年不同的扦插时间均超过50%,其次为大棚套小棚扦插和全光雾插,两者成活率均不足30%。楸树在插后25 d左右是生根的主要时期,30 d过后尤其是愈伤组织过于膨大,生根会越发困难。选择合适的育苗设施是提高楸树扦插成活率的重要措施之一。Effects of different cuttage facilities on survival percentage of cuttings were studied through Catalpa bungei C.A. Meyer tender branch cuttings. The results showed that the survival percentage of cuttings by means of plastic awning was higher than that by means of greenhouse- in- greenhouse culture seedling device and full- light mist cuttage device. The former generally had over 50% survival percentage in the different cutting times of the year, while the latters generally lower than 30%. Catalpa bungei C.A.Meyer took roots mainly 25 days or so after cutting, but it was very difficulty to take roots 30 days after cutting, especially when the formed callus was abnormally large. The proper choice for culture seedling device was one of important measures to raise the survival rate of cuttings.
