高校专利成果转化过程中的“逆向选择”问题及对策研究

摘　　要：近年来,高校产出的专利成果数量迅猛增长,但专利转化率却很低,因信息不对称所引起的"逆向选择"是造成这种现象的重要原因。在高校专利成果转化过程中,各主体之间信息分布不对称,造成了对创新成果转化的负激励。应通过搭建信息平台、加强市场前景论证、实施过程管理等措施,提高高校专利成果转化的能力。In recent years, patent attainments of universities have been increasing rapidly, but the percentage of the exploitation of patents is low. Adverse selection caused by the information asymmetry is one of the important reasons. In the exploitation of patents, asymmetric information distribution be- tween subjects causes negative incentive to the transformation of scientific and technological innovation results. We should construct information platforms, study the market situation in detail and enforce process management to improve universities＇ exploitation of patents.
