摘　　要：介绍了污水处理厂设备控制的特点及控制系统应用的现状,提出了基于CAN现场总线的控制系统总体方案。现场总线控制系统的应用突破了传统的PLC控制方式的框架,节省了大量的控制线缆及安装维护费用,并能降低污水处理厂控制系统的造价。设计了采用C8051F041微控制器的智能节点,对微控制器的设置进行了描述。对智能节点进行了相应的软件设计,给出了软件运行的流程图。The actual control system and the characteristic of equipments used in sewage treatment plant are introduced in this paper.The general scheme of the FCS based on CAN bus is presented.The application of FCS break through the traditionary frame of control system with PLC.With the FCS,a lot of the cable and expenses for installation are saved,the total cost of the control system on sewage treatment plant is reduced.The intelligent node based on C8051F041 MCU is designed.The software of the intelligent node is presented.
