摘　　要：针对过程控制实训装置循环水泵长时间运行耗能大、设备易损耗的问题,提出了将装置原有的PLC和MM440变频器引入循环水泵控制中,从而达到节能降耗,提高设备利用率的目的,并经实际运行证明该方法的有效性。This paper aims at the problem of the equipments easily exhausted and big consumes when the Circulation water pump long hours circulate,proposed a kind of method which used PLC and MM440 into control of the Circulation water pump,Attain to economize the energy to lower to consume,and increase the purpose of the equipments utilization,And it is running through the actual system,the results show the method is valid.
