摘  要:对三峡库区大银鱼(Protosalanxchinensis)、太湖新银鱼(Neosalanxtaihuensis)和短吻间银鱼(Hemisalanxbrachyrostralis)共78尾个体的Cytb基因全序列(1141bp)进行了分析。结果显示,序列有16个变异位点,总变异率为1.4%,其中13个为简约位点。大银鱼的32尾样本有6个单倍型,太湖新银鱼32尾样本有5个单倍型,短吻间银鱼14尾样本中有3个单倍型。大银鱼、太湖新银鱼和短吻间银鱼的单倍型多样性指数(h)分别为0.804±0.032,0.671±0.061,0.385±0.149;核苷酸多样性指数(π)分别为0.00146±0.00009,0.00228±0.00024,0.00067±0.00026。3种银鱼群体的遗传距离在0.12461—0.23796之间,净遗传距离在0.12274~0.24418之间。基于Cytb基因序列,利用Kimura-2模型构建的NJ树表明:大银鱼与太湖新银鱼种群的亲缘关系最近.两者与短吻间银鱼种群的亲缘关系较远。研究结果表明,三峡库区3种银鱼的遗传多样性低。In this study, the genetic polymorphism of mitochondrial DNA cytochrome b sequences of three species of salangids ( Protosalartx chinensis, Neosalanx taihuensis and Hemisalanx brachyrostralis) in the Three Gorges Reservior was analyzed to understand the source and the genetic diversity. The complete mtDNA cytochrome b gene sequence (1141bp) of 78 individuals were obtained from P. chinensis, N. taihuensis and 11. brachyrostralis in the Three Gorges Reservior. 16 variable sites were detected, accounting for 1.4% of total sequence, and of which 13 were parsimony sites. There were 6 haplotypes in 32 individuals of P. chinensis, 5 haplotypes in 32 individuals of N. taihuensis and 3 haplotypes in 14 individuals of H. brachyrostralis. The haplotype diversity of P. chinensis, N. taihuensis and H. brachyrostralis were 0. 804 ± 0. 032, 0. 671 ±0. 061 and 0. 385 ±0. 149, the nucleotide were 0. 00146 ±0. 00009, 0. 00228 ±0. 00024, 0. 00067 ±0. 00026. Genetic distance among the three species of salangids were 0. 12461 ± 0. 23796, and the net genetic distance among the three species of salangids was 0. 12274 -0. 24418. Based on complete mtDNA eytochrome b gene sequences, a phylogenetic tree was constructed by NJ method. The phylogentic tree showed that P. chinensis and N. taihuensis populations had the closest relation, and these two populations and the H. brachyrostralis were farther related. This study suggested that thegenetic diversity of three species of salangids was low in the the Three Gorges Reservior.
