摘 要:针对刘庄矿东、西区贯通后可能存在的风机相互影响、采煤面供风不足、局部风流紊乱问题,对轨道大巷贯通前后的4个状态进行了计算机模拟分析。结果表明:轨道大巷贯通后,两主要通风机之间确实存在较严重的相互影响,若不进行回风控制,东区采煤面将出现供风不足和西区局部风流紊乱现象。根据模拟结果,矿方及时在贯通前于东、西轨道行人联巷以西设置永久调节风门。实施后的结果表明,现场实测数据与模拟结果基本吻合。Aiming at the problems that may come along after through connection of east and west mining area in Liuzhuang Coal Mine, such as the interaction of fans, short air quantity of coal face and airflow disturbance in local area, the ventilation under four statuses before and after the cut - through of the railway transportation roadway was simulated and analyzed by computer. The resuhs showed, that after the cut - through there was great interaction between two main fans, if the return airway will be not controlled, the air quantity of coal face is short in east mining area and airflow disturbance occurs in local area of the west mining area. According to the simulation results, a permanent damper was set in the west of pedestrian association lane before the cut - through in time. After implementation of airflow control plan ,the field measured results were almost consistent with the simulated results.
