摘 要:为了研究石油射孔弹聚能装药引爆后药型罩在爆轰波驱动下对聚能射流的影响,通过分析聚能射流形成的机理,利用显式动力有限元分析程序对聚能射流形成过程进行了数值仿真模拟,且针对药型罩的结构参数(锥角、壁厚和形状)对聚能射流的影响分别做了数值计算,分析得到了聚能射流头部速度与药型罩结构参数之间的关系,结果表明,不同锥角装药形成射流时,射流头部形状只存在微小的区别,但头部速度相差较大;同锥角药型罩,随着药型罩壁厚的增加,射流速度反而降低;药型罩为喇叭形时,所形成的金属射流头部速度最高。In order to research the effect of liner's structure on shaped charge jet after petroleum perforating charge exploding, the formation mechanism of shaped charge jet was analyzed, and numerical simulation of the jet formation process was made with the explicit dynamic finite element analysis program. And numer- ical calculation of the influences of the structural parameters (such as cone angle, well thickness ) and shape of liner on shaped charge jet were made, the relations between the velocity of jet head and the structural parameters of liner were found. The results showed that for the jet,formed by shaped charges with different cone angles the shape of jet head has only a little difference while the velocity of jet head greatly changes differ from each other, for shaped charges with same cone angle the velocity of jet droops with the well thickness of liner increasing ,when the shape of liner is horn the velocity of jet head is the highest.
