药源性心律失常369例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨369例药源性心律失常。方法收集临床资料,部分为个案,采用自身配对、治疗前后比较等方法观察药源性因素引起的心律失常。结果369例中,分别有抗心律失常药、洋地黄、阿托品、抗生素、西沙比利、西洛他唑、抗肿瘤药、抗精神病药等,可引起各种类型心律失常。结论相关药物可引起多种心律失常,与药物对心脏直接和间接损害有关。Objective To study 369 cases of drug-induced arrhythmia. Methods Clinical data of 369 cases of drug-induced arrhythmia were collected,some of which were case study,and the arrhythmia were analyzed which were caused by some drugs in the way of own pair and comparing before and after treatment. Results Among 369 cases of drug-induced arrhythmia,there were different types of arrhythmia caused by the following drugs-Antiarhythmic drug,Digitalis,Airopine,Antibiotics,Cisapride,Antineoplastic,Antipsychotic drugs,etc. Conclusion Some drugs can lead to various arrhythmia.Therefore,the appropriate use of drugs can prevent drug-induced arrhythmia.
