摘　　要：全通径夹层系统是全通径射孔的重要组成部分,其性能直接影响到全通径大跨度、多层段射孔作业的成败。经过弹架材料的优选、走索形式的设计以及弹架壁厚的优化,设计了全通径夹层系统核心部件的自毁式夹层弹架以及相应的夹层枪身、定位对正组件。通过地面试验及现场应用结果表明,该夹层系统满足现场应用要求。Spacer system is an important component of full bore perforating.Its performance influences the result of full bore perforating in large skip distance and multi-layer well.With optimised material of gun carrier,design coiling method of detonating cord and optimised wall thickness of gun carrier,self-destruction spacer gun carrier that is a nuclear part of system has been designed.Spacer gun and centering piece have also been designed.It was proved by experiments and field application that spacer system of full bore perforating can be used in practical perforations.
