摘　　要：提出改制后的棉纺织企业应抓住纺织企业信息化建设这一要点,利用改制、搬迁这一契机,依据"十一五"《纺织工业科技进步发展纲要》所提出的要求,改进企业流程,建立企业快速反应机制,打造敏捷纺织企业.针对设备重组及机制更新后的纺织企业,从观念、方案、组织、技术等方面全面论述了信息化建设的必要性、方案及策略.This article presents that after the reform, the cotton textile enterprises should seize the point of textile enterprise information construction, make use of this opportunity of restructuring and removal, and according to the request of 《Textile industry science and technology develop- ment program 》 which is faced on ＂11 5＂, create agile textile enterprises for the purpose of improving business processes and building a rapid response mechanism of business. The article aims at textile enterprises which is after equipment reorganization and mechanism updating demonstrates the necessity of information, technology, programs and strategies comprehensively from the concept, program, organization, technology and other aspects.
