摘 要:利用LS-DYNA有限元软件对切割式多爆炸成形弹丸(MEFP)的弹丸成形过程进行了数值模拟,分析了药型罩的变形、蜂巢结构的切割特性和MEFP的速度和空间分布特点。结果表明,蜂巢切割结构可以有效地分割大曲率药型罩,最终形成具有空气动力外形良好、速度梯度分布合理的多个EFP,其散射空间和覆盖面可有效提高对目标的毁伤概率。数值模拟技术可以指导爆炸成形弹丸战斗部的设计和分析,有助于研究EFP的形成过程,对进一步展开聚能装药的理论研究也具有一定的指导作用。A commercially available finite element analysis code, LS-DYNA, was used to simulate the process of incised MEFP formation. The deformation of the liner, the cutting characteristic of honeycomb structure, the velocity and distribution in space of MEFP were also discussed. The simulation results showed that the honeycomb structure could split the wide curvature liner effectively to form multiple EFP with fme figuration and suitable velocity gradient, which could improve the damage probability against the target. The technology of numerical simulation is able to involve in design and analysis of EFP warhead. It would help give useful insight into the unobservable part of the EFP formation process, and validate the theory investigation of shaped charge.
