摘　　要：城市负荷特性分析及研究是城市电网发展规划方案制定以及实施电网建设项目决策的重要依据,是城市电网规划中的基础工作,其精度的高低直接影响着电网规划质量的优劣,对城市电网发展规划具有重要的指导意义。文章对株洲市电力负荷历史发展、典型行业用电、居民生活水平等方面进行了分析。为提高株洲电网的运行效率,依据株洲电网2002年—2008年电力负荷数据,进行了负荷特性分析。分析结果表明,夏季空调负荷和大型工业负荷对负荷特性的影响较大,决定了株洲电网的负荷特性。The study and analysis results of the load characteristics will greatly affect the urban power grid development plan and the implementation of the power grid construction projects. It is also an important part of the development and operation of power system. Its accuracy directly impacts the quality of power network planning. The paper analyzes the development of the Zhuzhou city, the historical development of the power load, a typical power industry and the living standards of residents. In order to improve the operation efficiency of Zhuzhou power grids, the load characteristics of Zhuzhou Power Grid are analyzed detailedly based on the 2002--2008 power load data. The analysis results show that the load characteristics is affected greatly by the summer air--conditioning load and the large--scale industrial load.
