摘 要:为改善大麻织物的柔软性能,使用聚醚型有机硅油对大麻织物进行整理,并借助扫描电镜、红外光谱、热重、差示扫描量热和X射线衍射等技术分析了大麻织物有机硅整理前、后的结构,测试了大麻织物的拉伸、硬挺和白度性能。结果表明,聚醚有机硅油整理剂大分子上的活性基团和纤维素发生了化学交联反应;整理后的大麻纤维耐高温性能有所增强,最大吸热峰温度升高;晶粒尺寸变小,结晶度和取向度提高。织物手感柔软,白度提高,但拉伸强度有所下降。In order to improve the softness of hemp fabric, we used polyether silicone oil to treat it, and then investigated the structure by means of SEM, FT-IR, TG, DSC and XRD. The properties of tensile, stiffness and whiteness were also measured according to GB3923-83, GB/T18318-2001 and ISO105/J02- 1987, respectively. The results show that compared with the untreated hemp fabric, active groups of polyether silicone oil react with the hydroxyl group of hemp cellulose. The thermal stability of hemp fabric treated with polyether silicone oil is improved, and the temperature at the maximum endothermic peak is increased. The degrees of crystal lattice, crystallization and orientation increase. The size of crystal grain becomes smaller. The tensile property of treated hemp fabric degrades, but the softness and whiteness become better.
