摘  要:采用生物质活性炭固载,用甲苯磺酸作催化剂,对生物质热解油的模化物乙酸和乙醇进行催化酯化反应。考察醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量和反应时间对酯化反应的影响,确定最佳反应条件:固定乙酸用量为0.2 mol,反应液微沸时,当醇酸摩尔比为2.8∶1,催化剂用量1.0 g,反应时间2 h,乙酸酯化率接近87%时,且最佳条件下的实验重复性良好,催化剂可重复使用,也可用于生物油的催化酯化反应。The catalyzed esterification was carried out with acetic acid and ethanol used as a model of bio-oil and with p-toluenesulfonic acid supported on biomass activated carbon as catalyst. The effects of the molar ratio of ethanol to acetic acid, the amount of catalyst and the reaction time on the esterification were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were determined, the fixed amount of acetic acid is 0.2 mol, and the reaction liquid keeping micro-boiling when the molar ratio of ethanol to acetic acid was 2.8 : 1, the weight of catalyst was 1.0 g, the reaction time was 2.0 h, the conversion rate of acetic acid was close to 87 %, and the experimental repeatability is good under the optimum conditions. Catalyst can be reused and can be used in the esterification of bio-oil.
