丽水市地下空间开发策略与规划设想

摘　　要：作为长江三角洲南翼地区山水人居和生态旅游城市,丽水市面临城市经济发展、交通拥挤与旧城保护、生态环境保护等一系列貌似难以解决的矛盾。在对丽水市地下空间开发利用的特殊性、原则及措施进行调查分析和研究后,提出丽水市可通过中心商业街区地下空间利用、山体开发等手段,结合新城建设实现城市跃进式发展的规划方针。具体设想,探讨中等城市地下空间的开发策略及规划,以期寻求我国中等发展城市开发地下空间资源的新观念、新模式。As the southern part of the Yangtze River Delta Habitat landscapes and ecotourism city, Lishui City is confronting a series of conflicts that seem like in- tractable such as unban economic development, traffic jam,old city protection,ecological environment protection and so on. On the basis of the investigation of features, principles and measures to develop and uti- lize the underground space of Lishui city, we safely put forward the planning ideas that we can take advantage of the utiliza- tion of the underground space,the devel- opment of the mountain in the central busi- ness district combined with the construc- tion of the new city.Finally to achieve the leap-forward development of Lishui city finally.The planning ideas illustrated in de- tail are to explore the development strat- egy and planning of the underground space in medium-sized cities,with a view to seek- ing the new concept and model of the development of the underground resources in these cities.
