新形势下高校党外代表人士队伍建设的思考与探索——以河北科技大学为例

摘　　要：高校党外代表人士队伍建设是新时期巩固发展统一战线工作的重要内容,对于推动社会主义民主政治建设、促进经济社会发展、维护国家安全稳定具有重要意义。分析了加强高校党外代表人士队伍建设的重要意义,以河北科技大学为例,从建立规范化的选拔机制、系统化的培训机制、立体化的服务保障机制、平台化的作用发挥机制等方面对加强高校党外代表人士队伍建设进行了探索。The construction of non-party representative ranks of colleges and universities is an important aspect of strengthening and developing the united front work under new situation. It is of great significance to promote socialist democratic politics, to promote economic and social development and to safeguard national security and stability. Taking Hebei University of Sci- ence and Technology as an example, this paper analyzes the significance of strengthening the construction of non--party representative ranks of colleges and universities, and explores it from such respects as establishment of the standardized mechanism for selection, the systematic training mechanism, the three-dimensional service safeguard mechanism and the mechanism for taking it as a platform.
