期刊采购招标评分构成要项探析

摘　　要：期刊采购招标是近几年文献采购市场化运作的新模式,在节约文献购置经费的同时极大地提高图书馆期刊文献建设质量。分析了期刊采购招标文件中评分要项的主要内容和分值,并对评分要项内容和分值合理设计进行了探讨,提出了提高期刊采购招标质量的相应策略。The periodical bidding which is a new mode of periodical purchase market greatly promoted the construction quality of library periodical while the procurement fund for literature was saved. The content and value of the main items scoring were analyzed in the periodical bidding and the issues which should he payed attention to were discussed in scoring content and value design and scoring. Lastly the journal bidding strategy to improve the quality was proposed.
