摘　　要：社会发展使行业之间的联系更加紧密，加强行业之间的交流与协作，推行和统一新技术标准势在必行。本文着眼于二维条码技术在图书出版、图书流通和图书收藏与利用行业共同的使用价值，探讨了行业加强协作、统一技术标准尚需解决的问题，提出了实现CIP数据二维码化的具体建议。Social development makes the links more close between the industry and strengthens trade exchanges and cooperation. It is imperative to implement of the new technical standards. This article focuses on two - dimensional bar code technology in book distribution, circulation and collection and use value of common trades.
