颈椎生理曲度的生物力学变化与交感型颈椎病关系的研究

摘  要:目的探讨颈椎生理曲度的生物力学变化所致颈椎不稳与交感型颈椎病发病的关系。方法对30例交感型颈椎病患者和30例随机抽样正常健康者颈椎的X线表现做对照研究。结果发现观察组颈椎生理曲度不稳者为23例(76.7%),颈椎间盘退变7例(23.3%);1个节段不稳定者6例,2个者13例,3个者4例。颈椎不稳主要发生在C3-C4、C4-C5。C5-C6,偶见于C6-C7,且多为中度以上。对照组颈椎生理曲度不稳者为7例(23.4%),且多为轻度;颈椎间盘退变占21例(70%)。结论颈椎椎生理曲度的生物力学变化所致的颈椎失稳是交感型颈椎病发病重要原因。Objective To discuss the relationship between the liability of cervical vertebra in cervical spinal physiological curvation biomechanics and the occurring of sympathetic cervical problem. Methods We make the controlled study of radiography in cervical vertebra on 30 patients with sympathetic cervical problem and 30 normal persons. Results The rate of the liability of the cervical vertebra of the observing team is 76.6 % ( 23 cases ), 23.3 % ( 7 cases) had the retrogression of cervical disc. Cervical instability was found at one level in 6 patients, two levels in 13 pa- tients, and three levels in 4 patients. Cervical instability mainly took place at C3 - C4, C4 - Cs and C5 - C6, occasionally at C6 - C7 and most of them were at the medium level. The liability of the cervical spinal physiological curvation of the controlling team was 7 cases (23.4% ), and the cervical instability was at low - grade; 21 cases (70% ) had the disc retrogression. Conclusion The cervical instability of the change in cervical spinal physiological curvation, biomechanics is the important occurring reason for the sympathetic cervical problem.
