摘　　要：目的探讨亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)基因多态性与新生儿低出生体重的关系。方法采用病例对照研究方法,收集108例正常体重儿和57例低出生体重儿和母亲的流行病学资料及母亲的静脉血标本,用PCR-RFLP方法分析母亲MTHFR基因型,采用Iogistic回归法分析母亲MTHFR基因型与新生儿出生体重的关系。结果调整主要混杂因素后,未发现MTHFRCT/TT基因型与低出生体重之间存在统计学关联(OR=1.13,95%CI:0.61～1.78)。结论母亲MTHFR基因多态性与低出生体重不存在统计学关联。Objective To investigate the association between genetic polymorophisms of the methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase gene （MTHFR） in mother and low birth weight in the newborn. Methods A case-control design was used. Fifty-seven newborns with low birth weight were recruited as the case groups, and 108 newborn with normal birth weight as the control group. A face-to-face questionnaire was ad- ministered to collect demographic and relevant information. Blood samples were collected from mothers of both groups. PCR-RFLP method was applied to examine MTHFR polymorphisms. Logistic regression was used to analyze the association between genetic polymorphisms of MTHFR gene in the mother and low birth weight in the newborn, while controlling for potential confounding factors. Results After adjustment for the main confounding factors, no statistical association was not found between MTHFR CT / TT genotype and low birth weight （ OR = 1.13, 95 % CI： 0. 61 - 1.78）. Conclusion No statistical association between genetic polymorphisms of MTHFR gene and low birth weight was noted in this population.
