虫草头孢菌丝(心肝宝)外治晚期血吸虫病动物实验研究

摘　　要：目的采用内服治疗晚期血吸虫病有效的中药"心肝宝"(虫草菌丝)外用治疗晚期血吸虫病,以求探索一种较好的治疗晚期血吸虫病的新方法。方法建立晚期血吸虫病家兔模型,分实验组与对照组,以"心肝宝"及透皮剂外敷其脐部(实验组),仅以透皮剂外敷其脐部(对照组)。30天后观察家兔肝纤维化变化程度。结果实验组的肝纤维化程度均显著轻于对照组。结论"心肝宝"外敷可用于外治晚期血吸虫病。Objective To examine the effectiveness of the external use of an traditional internally administered Chiniose Herbal Medicine（xinganpao）in treating late stage schistosomiasis. Methods Laboratory rabbits were raised to have late stage schistosomiasis. They were then randomly divided into two groups： test group received dress- of ＂xinganpao＂ combined with skin penetrating adjuvant to their underbelly （ umbilical cord region）. Control group received dressings of skin penetrating solution only to their underbelly. Degrees of liver cirrhosis of these bits were examined after 30 days. Results Lower degree of liver cirrhosis was found in test group compared to control group. Collusion external use of ＂xinganpao＂ is effective for treating late stage schistosomiasis.
