摘　　要：企业集团在中国改革开放的市场经济大潮中迅速崛起,并在国民经济社会发起中发挥着越来越重要的作用,在企业集团大步发展的同时,统计工作也面临着许多问题和挑战,面对着发展形势的变化,统计工作也应当调整和完善,使其在满足政府统计工作的需要的同时,又能服务于企业。作者以亲身工作实践,对企业集团统计管理工作所存在问题,谈了自己的看法,并提出解决问题的一些思路。Enterprise Group is playing an increasingly important role in the economic and social development of China. Statistical work of enterprise groups is also facing many problems and challenges. Following the changes of development situation, the development of statistical work should also be adjusted and improved, in order to meet both the needs of government statistical work and the demands of the enterprise. From working experience, the problems encountered in the statistical management of an enterprise group has been introduced and some ideas to resolve the problems have been proposed.
