摘　　要：全面深刻理解马克思的资本批判理论必须把经济学视野的理解与哲学视野的理解区别开来。马克思对资本概念的理解以及对资本的历史性批判都是立足于特定的历史唯物主义实践哲学视角。强调这一点对于全面、历史地理解资本关系在当代中国社会发展中的地位和作用具有重要意义,从而使我们在实际的工作中对资本关系有一个合理的历史态度。It is necessary to distinguish between the economic perspective and the philosophical perspective when interpreting Marx＇s critique on capital in a profound and comprehensive manner. Marx based his understanding the notion of capital and his historical critique on capital on the practical philosophy of historical materialism. This is of great importance in interpreting in the comprehensive manner the status and functions of capital relations in the social development in contemporary China. And accordingly, we will take a reasonable and historical attitude toward the capital relations in our practical work.
