摘　　要：本文介绍了利用具有国际先进水平的热疲劳试验机,对我国当前大量使用和可能推广的涡流室式柴油机镶块材料进行了模拟试验研究。又将这些材料的镶块,在农村使用条件下进行了试验和考核,为国产农用柴油机寻求出成本低、可靠性高的镶块材料,提供了科学依据。Modelling experimental research on swirl chamber insert materialswhich are widely used and possibly spread in domestic has been carried out on an advanc-ed thermal fatique testing machine.The inserts made of these materials were testedand examined under rural application conditions.Then a scientific basis for searchinga low cost and high reliability insert material used in agricultural diesel engine is provid-ed.
