阿斯美对改善急性支气管炎咳嗽症状的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察阿斯美胶囊治疗急性支气管炎咳嗽症状的效果。方法将150例急性支气管炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,在基础治疗相同的情况下,治疗组(79例)口服阿斯美,对照组(71例)口服复方甘草片,观察两组咳嗽缓解的差别。结果治疗组咳嗽缓解总有效率96.2%,对照组总有效率70.4%,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论阿斯美胶囊治疗急性支气管炎咳嗽症状有良好疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of asmeton capsules on the cough of acute bronchitis. Methods 150 patients of acute bronchitis were divided into two groups at random. The observation group （n = 79） based on conventional therapy was treated with asmeton capsules, and the control group（ n = 71 ） was treated with compound recipe tables of licorice root. Results The total effective rate of relieving cough was 96.2% in the observation group, 70. 4% in the control group. The clinical effect of observation group was significantly better than that of control group（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Asmeton capsules own excellent effect on the cough of acute bronchitis.
