我院2006—2008年抗肿瘤药物应用分析

摘　　要：目的评价抗肿瘤药物的应用情况及发展趋势。方法对医院2006—2008年抗肿瘤药物的销售金额、用药频度及限定日费用等进行统计、分析。结果抗肿瘤药物销售金额逐年增长,2007年、2008年平均年增长率分别为39.52%和45.65%;抗肿瘤植物药及其衍生物、其他抗肿瘤药与辅助治疗药的销售金额排序各年均位于抗肿瘤药物的前2位;紫杉醇在3年中均占据用药金额的首位;香菇多糖的用药频度增长显著,平均年增长率为41.65%。结论抗肿瘤植物药及其衍生物、其他抗肿瘤药与辅助治疗药已逐渐成为临床医师的首选药物,提示被调查医院抗肿瘤药物的应用状况与国内总体用药情况基本相符。Objective To investigate the utilization situation and the developing tendency of antineoplastie drugs in our hospital during 2006- 2008. Methods The consumption sum, DDDs and defined daily cost（DDC） of antineoplastic drugs during 2006- 2008 were analyzed statistically. Results The consumption sum of antineoplastic drugs increased year by year, its average annual incremental rates were 39. 52% and 45.65%, respectively. Antineoplastic plant drugs and its ramifications, adjuvant drugs and the other antineoplastic drugs dominated the first 2 places during the 3 consecutive years. Paclitaxel was the first place in terms of consumption sum, and DDDs of lentinan increased remarkably by 41.65% per year. Conclusion Antineoplastic plant drugs and its ramifications, adjuvant drugs and the other antineoplasties have been becoming the first choice for antineoplastie drugs in our hospital. The utilization of antineoplastic drugs in our hospital is basi- cally in line with the general utilization condition at home.
