摘  要:紫外光固化技术因其固有特点自工业化以来得到快速发展,但调节黏度UV固化体系黏度的活性单体对人体有较强烈的刺激作用,影响其应用。水性光固化涂料结合传统UV固化技术和水性涂料,近几年得到快速的发展。本文综述其优缺点以及制备方法上的研究进展,重点介绍不同类型的反应性乳化剂,并对光固化水性涂料未来发展方向如降低能耗,提高效率等方面进行展望。UV technology had found an increasing success since it was industrialized, however, the monomers in the system is toxic and not environmentally friendly. UV waterborne Technology combined the advantages of UV technology and waterborne coating had developed fast in the last few years. Advantages and categories were discussed in this paper. Research progress in reactive emulsifier were reviewed, the development trend of UV waterborne coating in the future was also indicated. [ Ch,26 ref. ]
