系统性红斑狼疮患者血清IL-17的水平及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨IL-17水平变化在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)发病中的作用。方法应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法分别测定20例SLE患者,20例非SLE患者以及10例正常对照组血清的IL-17水平。结果20例SLE组与20例非SLE组比较血清IL-17表达水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);20例SLE组血清的IL-17水平显著高于10例正常对照组[(192.26±121.72)pg/mlvs(78.05±18.80)pg/ml,P<0.01];10例SLE活动期与10例稳定期比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);10例SLE活动期血清IL-17水平与临床指标ESR,C3,C4,IgG,抗ds-DNA无显著相关性(P>0.05);而与SLE疾病活动指数(SLEDAI)呈一定程度的相关性(r=0.718,P<0.05)。结论IL-17在SLE发病的过程中可能发挥着重要的作用,与疾病活动有一定相关性。Objective To investigate the level of IL-17 in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） and its pathological role. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was used to measure the blood serum level of IL-17 from 20 SLE patients, 20 other patients of rheumatology, and 10 healthy persons. Results The expression of IL-17 in SLE group compared with other patients of rheumatology group did not show statistical significance （P〉 0.05）. The expression of IL-17 in SLE group compared with that in normal control group showed statistical significance [（192.26±121.72） pg/ml vs. （78.05±18.80） pg/ml,P〈0.01]. The expression of IL-17 in active SLE group did not correlated with ESR,C3,C4,IgG and anti-dsDNA （P 〉0.05）. The expression of IL-17 in active SLE group compared with SLEDAI showed statistical significance （r=0.718, P〈0.05）. Conclusion IL-17 might play an important role in the pathogenesis of SLE; it was correlating with disease activity.
