摘　　要：蒲山大桥为主跨225 m系杆拱桥,主桥采用刚性系杆钢管混凝土桁架拱结构,横向设置3片拱肋,桥面系对应设置3道纵系梁,系梁采用预应力混凝土箱形结构。系梁采用预制法施工,采用大跨度高架龙门吊机吊装。系梁主要施工流程为:施工准备;基础施工;系梁、龙门吊支架半成品加工;系梁及龙门吊支架安装,龙门吊工厂改造;2台75 t龙门吊安装;系梁平车运输;节段系梁吊装、调整。其中,系梁安装时支架设计的安全保证和成本控制及安装线形的控制、系梁安装时钢筋的同轴搭接是施工中的难点。该桥系杆拱桥系梁的安装作业经过25 d时间顺利完工。The Pushan Bridge is a tied arch bridge with a main span 225 m. The main bridge of the Bridge employs the structure of the rigid tied beams and concrete-filled steel tube truss arches. In the transverse direction, three arch ribs are set and accordingly three longitudinal beams are arranged for bridge deck. The tied beams are the prestressed concrete box structure that is to be constructed by the precasting method and to be erected by the long span elevated gantry crane. The process flow of the construction of the beams is mainly as follows： construction preparation, construction of foundations, processing of the semi-finished tied beams and gantry crane supporting frame, installation and erection of the tied beams and the supporting frame, shop retrofitting of the gantry crane, installation of the two sets of the 75-t capacity gantry cranes, transportation of the tied beams on trailers, lifting and adjustment of the segmental tied beams, of which the construction safety, the safety assurance of the supporting frame design for the tied beam installation, the cost control and the geometric shape control in the process of installation and the coaxial lap splicing of the reinforcement in the installation of the tied beams are the difficult points. However, the installation of the tied beams of the Bridge is finally smoothly completed within a period of 25 d.
